Seeds the image user’s home from /etc/skel, which useradd already ran past. omarchy-settings ships every Omarchy dotfile into /etc/skel, and on a real Omarchy install those reach the user because the installer creates the account AFTER the package is in place. A charly image is the other way round: the user exists before any candy runs, so /etc/skel never fires and the home directory would be empty of Hyprland, waybar, theme and shell configuration. This candy closes that gap by copying the tree in explicitly. It installs no packages; its whole observable effect is a populated home.
