Concept candy owning the HARNESS gate hooks — the .claude/hooks/* git-discipline
scripts + their .claude/settings.json wiring, declared as hook: kind entities
(the plugins→candies migration). candy/plugin-marketplace (command:marketplace)
emits the scripts to .claude/hooks/ + regenerates the settings.json hook entries
from these entities, so the harness gates are generated from candy config.
