The ONE channel-bootstrap helper for the omarchy keeper lanes (T11 — single source; R3: no duplicated channel-set + update + roundtrip blocks anywhere). Installs /usr/local/bin/channel-bootstrap which:

1. omarchy-channel-set (accepting the rc/edge downgrades), 2) the full package update (pacman -Suu –noconfirm), 3) for dev: the ~/omarchy source checkout (the dev channel binds the OS to it). Keeper beds call it exactly once and assert the roundtrip with omarchy-channel-current.

Acceptance plan

This candy’s plan: — the runnable spec charly check executes against a live deployment. check: steps are idempotent probes; run: steps change state.
