The CachyOS skill carrier for the OS skills (cachyos, cachyos-pacstrap, cachyos-pacstrap-builder, githubrunner). It ships no install
content — its payload is the skill prose under .agents/skills/, read at build
time by the skill collector — and it exists because a skill’s owner: must name
a candy that rides an image, not the image itself (opencharly/sdk#434).
