Rootful podman container engine for a VM guest Installs podman + crun + netavark so a VM guest can run containers (e.g. a CUDA container via CDI with --device nvidia.com/gpu=all). Minimal on purpose — unlike container-nesting (rootless nested podman), a VM guest runs podman as root directly. Verifiable: the podman binary lands at /usr/bin/podman and reports its version.
