The Fedora skill carrier: the package candy that OWNS the ten fedora* skill
entities (fedora, fedora-builder, fedora-nonfree, fedora-coder,
fedora-test, charly-fedora, jupyter-ml-notebook, sway-browser-vnc,
tutorial-shell, valkey-test). It ships no install content — its payload is
the skill prose under .agents/skills/, read at build time by the skill
collector — and it exists because a skill’s owner: must name a candy that
rides an image, not the image itself (opencharly/sdk#434). Composed by every
Fedora image that owns one of those skills.
